| The primary factors that allow a given athlete to run faster or jump higher, is the decrease in ground time and airtime during power application and recovery process. The factor that controls the athlete’s ability to decrease ground and air time is balance. Lastly, the factor that controls the athlete’s ability to improve their balance is mental focus. Mental focus is the dynamic factor that has the greatest ability to bring immediate results to the athlete through a greater awareness of his body as a system. Posture defines the athlete's awareness and intentions. Synonyms of posture are: attitude, position, stance, pose, bearing, and carriage. The word posture and its synonyms when used in a positive manner imply confidence and focus, the hallmark of our greatest athletes. The fastest run or the highest jump all begins with one step. Over six years of research and application helped me create a system that produces steroid like results without the use of drugs. Milton Qualls |
